This site was primarily designed in Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition from Microsoft.  This is the most robust free web development environment I have used.

For quickly vieweing & directly editing code, I use both Notepad++ and PSPad Editor . 

I use DevProject Manager to organize & keep track of site development.

Most of the icons used throughout this site were created by Mark James. I have primarily used his Silk icon set, as well as some icons from the Mini icon set. Mark has graciously made these icons available free for personal use under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License.

Alterations to 3rd party icons & other graphics used on this site have been limited to resizing, format conversion to reduce size, and file renaming.  All icon sets used for this site - and a number that aren't used - are listed below:
