Installation fixes & improvements

The previous version's 32-bit installer was missing a file, making the software crash when started. This has been fixed. A number of other improvements have also been made:

single installation package for 32-bit & 64-bit
installation will auto-detect pre-requisites and prompt to download & install any missing items (mainly .Net Framework)
fixed issue where Processes view sometimes returned an error when first loaded and/or displayed empty process list

Smart Web Color Charts

The 'web safe' colors were a good start, but a lot of people need more than 216 colors on the web, but still want to ensure the widest audience possible will see these accurately. Enter the web 'smart' colors, a pallette of 4096 colors that puts the largest set of Crayolas to shame. The chart is broken up into 16 sections, with hex codes & RGB values for each color (hint: put your mouse over the color for the full hex & rgb codes).
